Workshop Description
Bring your tricky project or your new idea that you're nervous to tackle on your own and get skilled advice and problem solving while you work independently on a project. This is a great choice if you're tackling something new and could use help along the way, but don't need a guided step-by-step lesson. Guided Studio time is two hours and the studio is open to up to 5 artists at a time. It includes use of studio consumables (including flux, polishing compounds and buffing wheels, torch gas, patina, solvents, etc), jewelry tools (feel free to bring your own if you have special tools you need for your designs), but does not include anything that becomes a part of the final jewelry pieces or is significantly worn or used up in each use (metals, stones, solder, flexshaft attachments, saw blades, carving wax). We will have some of these supplies available to purchase at the studio, or can offer advice on where to purchase beforehand. If you are unsure of how to use a particular tool in the studio, please let us know so we can give you refresher and a tour of the space. You must book your studio time at least 2 hours ahead of session start time. No walk-ins will be accepted. If no students are signed up, the studio will be closed during this time. If you've signed up for a session and need to cancel, you may do so within 24 hours of the start time and receive a credit to use within 6 months. This is the only exception to our usual Cancellation Policy. You can buy a package of 5 Guided Studio sessions and save $20 per session! From $80 down to $60 for each two-hour session.

Cancellation Policy
The "Pay in Person" option is only for cash payments at the time of your class. If you intend to pay with a card, please pay on the website at the time you book your class. If you have purchased a class or workshop and are unable to attend, the following policies are in place: CLASS CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED 7 DAYS BEFORE THE CLASS OR WORKSHOP DATE, via email or phone call, to receive a credit for the amount of the class, minus a $15 cancellation fee. this credit must be used within 6 months of issue date or is no longer valid. Cancellations received between 7 and 4 days in advance of class will be refunded at 50% of the cost. Cancellation received within 3 days of the start of class will not be refunded or credited. If a class is cancelled or rescheduled by Acequia Jewelry Workshop, you will receive a full refund or class credit. this credit must be used within 6 months of issue date or is no longer valid. If you cannot attend a class or workshop due to serious medical or family emergencies, you are entitled to a full refund or credit, regardless of how close to the start of class we receive notification. PLEASE NOTIFY Acequia Jewelry Workshop AS SOON AS POSSIBLE before the start date/time of your class if such an emergency arises. If you do not attend your scheduled class or workshop and have not notified us via email or phone call before the start date/time of your class (due to a medical emergency or other cause) the full cost of the class is forfeited.
